Stacey Borsik Niebles is truly a pleasure to do business with and has established herself as a well-regarded real estate agent throughout South Tampa and Downtown. Stacey has garnered over 15 years of experience dealing in the Tampa Bay regional market. Stacey enjoys all aspects of real estate, utilizing her strong background in marketing and sales to create individualized and innovative experiences for all of her customers.

Stacey played a significant role in successfully launching residential developments in Tampa’s Downtown and Channel District. As a key player in the sales initiative for SkyPoint, a sleek 380 unit, 32 story residential high-rise, she found herself involved in every facet of the new construction sales process—spanning from groundbreaking to final sellout. SkyPoint quickly became one of the most thriving and sought after condominium developments in Downtown Tampa. Stacey also added her services to the dynamic team that sold out the iconic Towers of Channelside, a luxurious 257 unit, 29 story, twin high-rise in the Channel District. Her experience working in the downtown condominium market has afforded her many contacts, allowing her to maintain strong relationships with customers past and present.

As someone who truly enjoys working with people, real estate has proven to be the perfect fit for this vivacious and high-energy real estate agent. Stacey is constantly pushing herself to exceed prior goals set out for her, making the expansion of her services into a broader market of real estate smooth and natural. The National Association of Realtors has certified Stacey as a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS).

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia and graduate of The Florida State University. Stacey earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing with a concentration in Resort and Condominium Management. She is also a Kappa Delta alumna. Stacey seeks to remain heavily involved in the community she loves. As a member of the Junior League of Tampa and Palma Ceia Neighborhood Association, Stacey strives to keep Tampa thriving.
